Amazing receptionist, Camilla, provided lots of helpful information. Central location, within walking distance of everything. Comfy room with Sky TV. Tasty breakfast. Helpful with water bus and tour questions. Convenient location for sightseeing. Charming room with beautiful marble bathroom. Fine view of Piazza San Marco from the apartment.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the fabulous square. It was a few minutes walk to all the attractions and restaurants in this city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jon at reception. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful deluxe double room that had lovely Venetian decor and a marble bathroom. We opted for breakfast, and it was a great choice. We had a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, cereal, bacon/egg, and pastries. the cleanliness, transportation options, and helpful staff made our stay fantastic.

I recently had an excellent stay at a charming hotel in a narrow alley just steps away from the bustling San Marco square. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on the quality of service. The staff were friendly and attentive, displaying a genuine desire to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. The rooms were beautifully furnished, with antique furniture and a touch of opulence. I especially appreciated the marble bathroom, which added a touch of luxury to the overall experience. The hotel also provided the convenience of a kitchenette, perfect for families traveling with a baby. The cherry on top was the delicious breakfast served on silver trays, which started each day on a delightful note.

The hotel is located in a narrow alley just off the Square, making it a prime spot for nightlife. At night, the square is buzzing with people who have had a few drinks and there are plenty of food options available. The room itself was luxurious with beautiful silk wall coverings and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the sister hotel, a short walk away, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit lackluster, with pre-packaged cheese and ham and recycled fruit salad from the previous day. Fresh brewed coffee would have been appreciated for the price paid.
